I guess you are looking at this page because you are considering losing some weight.


The question is why? Is it because you want to:

Whatever the reason is, they are all very valid and I encourage you to book a trial session so we can discuss your motivation and your goals because having support of a coach/mentor on this journey makes it more manageable, achievable and enjoyable!


I am a holistic weight loss coach which means we will look at the weight issue in relation to other aspects of your life such as emotions, stress, quality of sleep, relationship with food, nutrition and exercise.


If you are not naturally a person who loves to exercise don’t worry. You may be surprised to find out that 70% of the weight loss success is linked to good nutrition and the other aspects discussed above.I will not be asking you to join the gym and spend hours on  exercise machines.


Together we will work out a program which will work for you and fit into your life style because only then you will achieve and maintain your new habits which will bring about a slimmer and healthier new YOU!


In addition to this you will achieve better mental health because healthy eating, physical exercise, fresh air and good quality sleep can transform people’s mental health. It will help you live in a more positive mental space which is always a great thing. You have to believe that it is worth finding some time for yourself and then put into practice your new goals. Don’t put yourself under pressure in doing so but rather focus on it being enjoyable and a start of a new way of living and thinking. It will transform your life, give you more energy and you will feel better and healthier.


Achieving your goals is about keeping yourself motivated and being consistent. Every little consistent step is better than nothing. Eventually all the little steps will add up to a significant improvement and most importantly a shift in mindset which means that all the changes will be sustained as they will become part of you and your new habits.


If you suffer with stress, we can also incorporate reflexology, Reiki or back massage into the sessions to help with the holistic approach. It is difficult to stick to your goals if you are stressed all the time.

Prices: £50/hr. It is advisable to have at least 4 sessions to start with either weekly or fortnightly.
