What is Reiki?


Reiki is a gentle and effective system of hands on healing which originated in Japan. Reiki can have a profound effect on health and wellbeing by rebalancing and healing your energy field. It provides a very relaxing experience and is particularly soothing if you are experiencing stress, anxiety or bereavement. 


As a Reiki Practitioner I am a conduit for the universal life energy which will flow through me to allow the healing to take place, the energy will go where it is needed most. Reiki can be used alongside conventional medicine to support the process of healing.  Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace a medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
